Qualifications |
1. |
Business must invest $500,000 (+) over a three year
period. The investment may include cost of land, buildings,
improvements to buildings, manufacturing machinery, equipment and computer
hardware. |

Business must create 10 full-time jobs and maintain them for 10 years. |
|
3. |
Business must pay employees a minimum of $10.73 an hour (90% of the average
county wage) and 80% of a standard medical and dental package premium. |
|
4. |
The business cannot be a retail establishment or an existing business that
relocates the same operation to an enterprise Zone. |
|
5. |
The business entrance cannot rely on a cover charge or membership feel. |
